Terms & Conditions – Hotel Aska
1. Bookings, Cancellations & Charges
All reservations must be guaranteed with valid credit card details at the time of booking or upon arrival.
Room rates are quoted per room, per night and include applicable taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated.
Standard Cancellation Policy (Individual Bookings)
Cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the arrival date. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
Reservations made under discounted rates, promotional offers, packages, or special deals may be subject to different cancellation and payment terms.
Group Bookings (5 Rooms or More)
Separate cancellation and payment policies apply. Please contact the hotel directly for group terms.
Refunds, when applicable, are processed back to the original payment method and may take several business days depending on the payment provider.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in: From 15:00
Check-out: No later than 11:00
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
Guests may be required to present valid identification at check-in.
3. Guest Responsibilities & Hotel Rules
Guests agree to follow all hotel rules, safety guidelines, and staff instructions during their stay.
Hotel Aska reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests from the premises without refund if they:
Display abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior
Cause disturbance to other guests or staff
Damage hotel property
Violate hotel policies
4. Non-Smoking Policy
All rooms and indoor areas are strictly non-smoking.
A cleaning and recovery fee will be charged if smoking occurs inside rooms or restricted areas.
5. Child Policy
Infants aged 0–2 years may stay free of charge. Baby cots are available upon request and provided free of charge, subject to availability.
Child accommodation policies may vary depending on room type and occupancy limits.
Children under 13 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times on hotel premises.
Please contact the hotel for specific room capacity and child rate details.
6. Payment Terms
You will receive a secure payment link once your booking has been confirmed. Full payment must be completed using this link within the stated time to guarantee the reservation.
This rate includes free cancellation and modification up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations or modifications made within seven (7) days of arrival are non-refundable.
Chargebacks without valid basis may be disputed with supporting booking and stay records.
7. Damage & Liability
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to hotel property during their stay and may be charged accordingly.
Hotel Aska is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings unless required by applicable law.
Guests are encouraged to keep valuables secured at all times.
8. Lost & Found
Lost items found on the property are stored for up to three (3) months.
Guests must contact the hotel with a detailed description to verify ownership.
The hotel does not arrange shipment of lost items. All claimed items must be picked up in person or by an authorized representative.
9. Complaints & Feedback
Any complaint or concern regarding your stay should be reported to reception as soon as possible so the hotel has an opportunity to resolve the matter promptly.
Post-stay complaints should be submitted in writing within a reasonable time after departure.
10. Privacy
The hotel collects and processes personal data only as necessary for reservations, guest services, payments, and legal obligations.

11. Force Majeure
Hotel Aska is not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Severe weather conditions
Government actions
Strikes or labor disputes
Utility failures
Public emergencies
Travel disruptions
In such situations, operations and services may be affected. However, all reservations, cancellations, and modifications will still be handled in accordance with the hotel’s stated cancellation and payment policies.
